How does checking in work?

You can check in through your dashboard, by clicking a link in a reminder email, via SMS reply, or through our API. Each check-in resets your countdown timer.

What happens if I miss a check-in?

When your countdown reaches zero, your configured actions trigger automatically. This could be sending emails, SMS messages, or calling webhooks. Your contacts receive your pre-written messages.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your messages are encrypted and stored securely. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties.

Can I cancel or pause my countdown?

Absolutely. You can pause, edit, or cancel your countdown at any time from your dashboard. Paused countdowns won't trigger until you resume them.

What if your service goes down?

Our infrastructure runs on AWS with multiple redundancies. In the unlikely event of an outage, your countdowns are preserved and will trigger as scheduled once service resumes.
