Common questions about a check-in for showing a property alone.
What if the showing runs long?
Set a window with some slack before you walk in, and check in from your phone as soon as you're out. If you miss it, the alert goes out, so tell your contact it's a check-in and to call you first.
What if I forget to check in and it fires?
Your contact gets word that you missed a check-in, with the address you typed. Then you call them. That is the whole failure mode, and it costs an awkward phone call.
Does my client or the other agent know about this?
No. Nothing on your phone is visible to anyone in the room. The only person who ever hears from us is the contact you named, and only if you go quiet.
Does my brokerage see any of this?
No. The account is yours and your data stays in it.
Is there a free trial?
